Sound familiar?

None of this means you lack discipline.

If any of these sound like your last attempt at getting fit, the problem was never you.

You keep starting over.

Every Monday is a fresh start, and by Thursday real life wins. That is not a willpower problem. It is a plan problem.

Your calendar is already full.

Kids, work, night shifts, school runs. A program that needs you in the gym six days a week was never built for your life.

You're not sure where to begin.

Walk into a big gym with no plan and the doubt creeps in. Beginners deserve a starting line that meets them where they are.

You've tried programs before.

Cookie-cutter plans that ignore your body, your schedule, your setbacks. They worked for someone. Just not for you.

Built on Purpose

We build habits that last, not results that disappear.

I coach a mix of strength training and high-intensity conditioning, inspired by my boxing background — and I take the time to actually know you, so your program fits your life and your goals.

  • Strength first. Real weight on the bar, progressing week after week.
  • Conditioning with roots. High-intensity intervals inspired by my boxing years.
  • 30 to 45 minute sessions. Built for packed schedules, not perfect ones.
  • Your program, your life. Built around your week — never the other way around.
  • No quick fixes. No cookie-cutter plans. Ever.
How it works

Four steps. No heroics.

  1. Tell me about your week.

The real one — school runs, night shifts, the good days and the sideways ones. We start with a conversation, not a workout.

  2. We build your plan.

Strength first, then boxing-inspired conditioning, in efficient 30 to 45 minute sessions that fit your schedule.

  3. Show up. I'll show up.

Progress over perfection. When a week goes sideways, we adjust instead of starting over.

  4. Habits that last.

The habits you build in the gym show up everywhere else in your life. That is the whole point.

Common questions

The things people ask me first.

I don't know where to start.

That is exactly who I built this for. We start with a conversation, not a workout. I learn your schedule, your history, and your goals, then your first program meets you at your actual starting line — not the one a fitness ad invented.

I've tried programs before and quit.

Most programs are built for someone else's life. If a plan did not fit your week, quitting was the plan's fault, not yours. We build around your real schedule first, so this one is repeatable. That is what makes habits that last.

I don't have time to be in the gym every day.

You don't need to be. My sessions run 30 to 45 minutes, two to four times a week, built around packed schedules. Real strength comes from consistent, focused work — not from living at the gym.

About Taila

I found training through boxing, and it found me back when I needed it most. I believe taking care of the body you were given is a form of respect, not punishment — so that is how I coach: meet you where you are, build around your real week, and never shame the setbacks.
